kitchen with new appliances and an open counter with additional seating through to the dining room area for a larger open
feeling. The bathroom has also been newly tiled. It is clean and comfortable. There are resurfaced hardwood floors through-out
with area carpets. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, two rooms have full-size beds and one room has two twin beds.There
is also a ceiling fan in the Livingroom.
A special feature is our large private covered front porch. It has a table with seating for six for outside dining.
And a seperate seating area with large cushioned patio furniture to relax also for six. We also provide a gas BBQ Grill. There
is a large, clean enclosed outside shower on the side of the house for showering after the beach or any time.A Full size washer
and cloth dryer are free to use in your own laundry room.
